Announcement: MCA Scholarship Program OPEN!
The application for the annual MCA scholarship is now
posted on the MCA webpage (MS Word and
PDF). This scholarship is open to high
school seniors that live in the Middleridge community and have parents
or guardians that are MCA members in good standing by Jan 1st.
The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of scholastic achievement
(30%), extracurricular activities and achievements (30%), and a personal
interview (40%). Completed applications should be sent to Tim Harazin,
The deadline is April 1st and the interviews will take place during
April. The winner or winners will be announced at the May 5th MCA
general membership meeting.

WOW!! Middleridge once again demonstrated its great
holiday spirit with many homes decorated very nicely for the holidays.
Because there are so many good options, the judges for the contest had
to really take some time to decide which were the Best Of The Best! Many
thanks to Joel and Melody Rudy and Joe Costantini for taking their time

Look for the pole ID number, which can be found
on the pole. Write it down or take a photo.
If you can’t find the pole number or if you notice a
streetlight outage while driving, use the online

Once on the site hit the Tab for "Pavement Condition and
Pavement Condition and
Then just type in your street name (look for a shaded
area with "Find a location" - it's hard to see) and a map will appear
with road evaluation and 2015 repaving schedule. Middleridge
has no roads scheduled for repaving in 2015 but we do have
numerous roads in “very poor condition” and they will be
repaved in future years as funds are available. Note: Zion
Road is scheduled for repaving in 2015. All sidewalk
repairs need to be called into the VDOT 1-800-367-7623.
